100% SECURITY PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE OR NO CHARGE. If a client is not completely satisfied with the service and the performance of Ryan Security staff and we are unable to provide a suitable solution, then there is NO CHARGE, simple!
Terms and Conditions
- Ryan Security will not charge for any staff member who the client deems unsuitable, provided that:
- Ryan Security is notified within the first 3 hours of assignment of any staff member deemed to be unsuitable, and
- Ryan Security is unable to provide a suitable replacement, and
- Ryan Security is unable to correct the identified issues to the client's satisfaction.
- Where Ryan Security is not notified by the client of any staff member they deem unsuitable and the staff member is kept on after three (3) hours, the client will be charged either the minimum charge of three hours or for the actual hours worked by the staff member, whichever is greater.
- Where practicable, Ryan Security will replace the unsatisfactory staff member as soon as possible
- Ryan Security and Consulting's Limitation of Liability does not include an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties, such as a war, strike, riot, crime, or "act of God" (e.g., flooding, earthquake, volcano), prevents one or both parties from fulfilling their obligations under the contract.
