Methven Big Air, Methven Rodeo and Blue Pub
As an operator of a busy licensed outlet in Methven / Mt Hutt, I have had the need to utilise the services of Ryan Security for the past 3 years.
The occasions that we have used Ryan Security have been for the past 3 Methven rodeo nights where we have thousands of people who have been enjoying the day's festivities at the rodeo. They deal with any incidents professionally and have a great working relationship with both the Police and my management team and staff.
This year we used 20 of Ryan Security for the 2009 Methven Big Air where we had 5000 people in front of the Pub. The Police and District Licensing Agent were extremely happy with our operation and the way Ryan Security operated.
We will definitely be using this security team again next year for any big events we have. Having used other security firms in the past I feel that Ryan Security are a step above the ones we have used and always give their fullest to the operation on the occasion that we require them.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Ryan Security to any Business or Event as they are extremely professional and can supply security for a vast array of circumstances.

The Tap Room has engaged the services of Ryan Security since its inception in 2001. Our venue is built on a simple philosophy, exceed the guests expectation. To support this concept, I have relied on the consistent product Ryan Security has provided my business. Ryan Security have grasped this requirement without question and insured that not only our requirements are meet, but also that we are not left in compromising situations. This has been achieved through effective on the job training, having roles of succession when personnel changes occurred, and regular communication from their management team regarding appraisals of their services and staff.
Recently the Terrace Committee (bar owners Oxford Terrace) began a rebranding project. A commitment has been made by all parties to improve the perception of the area and work to promote the area as mature and safe. Ryan Security won this tender not due to price, but due to their professional presentation, the direct support of law agencies and commendably their commitment and flexibility to work in conjunction with competitors supplying services to other premises on The Terrace.
To summarise; I believe Ryan Security offers my business a consistent and professional service that is at a competitive market rate. I like that they have a structured office, a prompt and accurate accounts department, and an owner/ operator who is genuinely interested in my thoughts and feedback.

World Buskers Festival
The World Buskers Festival once again utilised the security services of RYAN Security for the 2009 Festival. We were impressed with the quality of the staff provided for the event, in particular the professional way they dealt with the wide range of issues that cropped up during the festival, some of which require exceptional discretion and the ability to diffuse situations without drawing attention to them or the people they dealt with.
The staff were courteous, excellent in dealing with the general public and impressive in the way that they used initiative when required, in addition they were well presented, punctual and pleasant to deal with. They were also willing to assist with a number of other extra jobs and able to be flexible when requested - a bonus in the hectic environment of a busy festival.
The management and supervisors all provided an exceptional service and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
